Each piece is handcrafted using premium fabrics and traditional techniques. Our products go through five rigorous stages of quality checks before shipping to guarantee lasting comfort and excellence.
How should I care for my garment?
To maintain the delicate beauty of your Chikankari outfit, we recommend gentle hand wash or dry cleaning. Machine washing may damage the intricate embroidery threads.
Do you offer customisation?
At this time, we do not offer customisations. Our collection features ready-made designs and standard sizes curated by our artisan team.
Payment, Shipping & Delivery
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods, including credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and wallets. Cash on Delivery is available for orders under INR 7000.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are usually dispatched within 2-4 working days, depending on product availability and unforeseen delays.
How can I track my order?
You will receive order tracking details upon dispatch. For urgent queries, email us at hello@alsaba.in and our team will assist promptly.
Which shipping partners do you use?
Shipping is handled by trusted partners like Delhivery and Bluedart for domestic orders, and DHL/FedEx for international deliveries.
My order arrived partially. When can I expect the rest?
We ship all items together when ready. If you receive a partial shipment, please contact us at hello@alsaba.in and our support team will resolve the issue for you.
I need to change my delivery address, size, or phone number. What should I do?
For updates to your order details, email us at hello@alsaba.in with the subject "Order Number + Revised Information". Changes are possible as long as your order hasn't shipped.
Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
How do I exchange a product?
To request an exchange or return, please contact us at hello@alsaba.in. Items may be exchanged or returned once, provided they meet our policy criteria within 7 days of delivery.

I want to cancel my order or request a refund. What is the process?
Returns for unworn and unused items with tags are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Please note, cancellations are only permitted within 24 hours of order placement. For further details, refer to our Return & Exchange Policy.
