Governing Law, Jurisdiction, and Arbitration

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India. Any dispute arising out of or connected with these terms and/or the Privacy Policy shall be referred to arbitration by a sole arbitrator under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Pune, Maharashtra, and the language shall be English. Performance under this contract shall continue during any dispute/arbitration unless terminated in accordance with these terms.

Deemed Place of Execution

Notwithstanding the place of acceptance or your residence/business location, this agreement shall be deemed executed at Pune, Maharashtra, India.

Cessation

Al Saba may suspend, discontinue, or cease operation of the Website and/or Services, temporarily or permanently, at any time, in its sole discretion, without prior notice.
