At Al Saba, every order is treated like it's being delivered to someone special in the family. That means careful packaging, prompt dispatch, and honest communication about delivery times.

 

Shipping Options & Charges

Domestic Shipping (Within India):

  • FREE Standard Shipping on all prepaid orders across India

Geographic Coverage:

  • All orders are shipped across India through various courier partners including Delhivery, Blue Dart, etc.


Processing & Dispatch

Quality Assurance: Every kurti undergoes personal quality inspection before packaging. This includes checking fabric quality, stitching, and ensuring authentic handwork standards.

Dispatch Timeline: We typically dispatch orders within 1-2 business days of receiving them because we know you're excited to wear your new piece. 

Standard Delivery:

  • Standard Delivery within India may take 4 - 5 business days from dispatch

  • 5-7 business days for remote locations and northeastern states

Important Notes:

  • Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not considered working days

  • Delivery times may vary during festival seasons or adverse weather conditions

 

Packaging Standards

  • Each order is carefully packed in branded packaging

  • Delicate pieces receive additional protective layering

If Something Goes Wrong

Delays:

  • If orders aren't dispatched within promised timeframe, customers are notified via email/SMS

Damaged or Incomplete Packages:

  • If your package arrives damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us right away.

  • If an incomplete order is received, we’ll require a clear unboxing video to investigate and help resolve things quickly.

  • If you receive a defective product, we’ll require clear unboxing photographs or videos to assess and fix the issue promptly.

Order Modifications

Before Dispatch: In case you need to update your size, delivery address, or phone number, contact us at +918483000117 with the line "Modify Order + Order [Your Order Number]" as soon as possible. We’ll help you if your order hasn't shipped yet.

After Dispatch: Address changes are not possible 


International Shipping

Currently shipping within India only. International shipping coming soon

 

 

Special Circumstances

Festival & Sale Seasons:

  • During peak seasons, dispatch may take 2-3 business days

  • Customers notified in advance of any extended processing times

  • Priority given to orders for specific occasions when informed

Bulk Orders:

  • Special handling and pricing for orders above 10 pieces

  • Direct coordination with the Al Saba team

 

Customer Responsibilities

For Smooth Delivery:

  • Provide accurate and complete delivery address

  • Include landmark and pincode for precise delivery

  • Be available at delivery address or arrange for someone to receive

  • Keep phone reachable during delivery hours (10 AM to 7 PM)
