Return & Exchange

At Al Saba, your happiness with every purchase matters to us. We understand that sometimes an exchange or return may be necessary, and we're here to make the process as smooth as possible.

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges and returns for items in their original condition - unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and with all original tags attached, within 7 days from date of delivery of the items. You may exchange your item for a different size or style from our collection or return for refund.

Important Notes:

• Items purchased during SALE events are final sale and cannot be exchanged/returned
• Each item is eligible for exchange/return only once
• Exchange/Return requests must be made within the 7-day window from date of delivery
• Approved returns are processed via bank transfer, within 7-15 business days

Return Shipping:

Reverse pickups for return/exchange items will either be arranged by us or you (the customer) will have to ship the parcel to us at the following address:

All returned items undergo thorough quality inspection before we approve and process your request.

Damaged or Incomplete Shipments:

• If your package arrives damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us right away.
• If an incomplete order is received, we'll require a clear unboxing video to investigate and help resolve things quickly.
• If you receive a defective product, we'll require clear unboxing photographs or videos to assess and fix the issue promptly.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order only within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, your order cannot be cancelled.

Order Modifications

In case you need to update your size, delivery address, or phone number, contact us at hello@alsaba.in with the subject line "Modify Order + Order [Your Order Number]" as soon as possible. We'll help you if your order hasn't shipped yet.

International Orders

Due to logistical complexities, exchanges and returns are not available for international orders. We encourage international customers to check our sizing guide carefully and reach out with questions before ordering.
